Your A/C will fail you during a sweltering Louisiana summer or your heater will break down in the dead of winter. To ensure your HVAC unit is working when you need it, sign up for our highly affordable maintenance service agreement.

A regular checkup for your system will help maximize its life expectancy and ward off pricey repairs. Keep in mind that even the best maintenance won't prevent usual wear and tear.

Two Performance Tune-Ups Each Year – Regular checkups for your system enable us to keep it running as efficiently as possible, thereby saving you money on your monthly utility bills. These checkups also allow us to catch any problem such as damaged wires or refrigerant leaks before they cause a larger and more expensive issue. Read over our performance tune-up checklist.
FREE 24-Hour Priority Service, 365 Days a Year - When you have an emergency, you can rest assured that Air Zone HVAC will be there for you. Our commitment to our customers means we will have a technician to your door within 24 hours of calling our office.
10% OFF Any Replacement Parts – Here is just one example of how our maintenance plan can save you money on replacement parts. If the cost of a blower motor replacement is $400, you would save $40 on the repair. Our repair trucks are fully stocked with parts, so we're able to complete 99% of repairs on the first visit.
Labor Warranty – All of our labor services are covered by warranties that are valid for 30 days. If you have a problem within 30 days of service, there is NO charge to come back and diagnose the problem. At Air Zone HVAC, we stand behind all our work.
Energy-Saving Coil Cleaning – Dirty coils in your HVAC system reduce efficiency and cause your unit to work harder, thereby causing parts to wear out faster and shorten the life expectancy of your unit. Your unit will cost you more on your utility bill if the coils are not kept clean. Testing by the EPA has shown that as little as 1/10th of a centimeter of dirt or dust on a coil could reduce its efficiency by 21%. Since the average homeowner’s heating and cooling bill is $1,500 per year, a 21% loss in efficiency means you could be wasting up to $315 annually! (Please note: evaporator coil cleaning is not included in the maintenance.)
Discounts on New Unit Purchases – If or when it’s time for a new energy-efficient unit, you will receive the best price for its complete installation. The average unit today is over $5,000 for installation. All new installations will receive a one-year maintenance contract.
